Cancellation & Refund Policy:

At Together In Tune Counseling, we are committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. To ensure a seamless experience, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellation Requests:

  • Cancellations will be considered for counseling, consulting, training, life coaching, and mentoring sessions booked at least 3 days in advance.

  • No cancellation will be accepted with less than 48 hours notice.

2. Rescheduling Sessions:

  • Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

3. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are applicable only in the case of cancellations initiated by the client.

4. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction:

  • Refunds will not be provided if the client simply dislikes or is dissatisfied with the service.

5. Damaged or Defective Services:

  • Report any concerns about the quality or effectiveness of the provided services to our Client Services team promptly.

  • Requests will be entertained after our team has verified and confirmed the issues within 2 days of the service delivery.

6. Service Discrepancy:

  • If you find that the service received differs from what was expected, notify our Client Services within 2 days of receiving the service.

  • The Client Services Team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

7. Refund Processing:

  • If Together In Tune Counseling approves a refund, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the client.
